Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- In or entering your senior year of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related major such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3.2 Cumulative G.P.A is required.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from various sources and cleanse/validate it to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer operations data.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of customer operation applications, identifying data-related issues, and supporting troubleshooting efforts.
- Analyze data to support process improvements in customer operations and support the implementation of data-driven solutions.
- Document data sources, data dictionaries, and analysis methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand data needs and provide data-driven support.
- Comply with all Veolia Company and HSE procedures and policies.
