Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, report writing, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, dbt, and Python.
  • Understanding of modern data pipeline architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue teams to understand industry reporting needs.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and ensure a tailored solution for maximum impact.
  • Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards using business intelligence platforms such as Sigma Computing.
  • Work with internal teams to build ‘Best Practice Reporting Packages’ tailored to specific client profiles (based on size, trade, department structure, etc.).
  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates for efficiency and consistency.
  • Continuously optimize reporting processes to improve turnaround times and enhance the value provided to customers.
  • Partner with internal technical teams to address data gaps, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers & Data Engineers to provide customer feedback on Reporting usability and/or functionality gaps.
