Data Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, report writing, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, dbt, and Python.
Understanding of modern data pipeline architecture.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Collaborate with our Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue teams to understand industry reporting needs.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and ensure a tailored solution for maximum impact.
Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards using business intelligence platforms such as Sigma Computing.
Work with internal teams to build ‘Best Practice Reporting Packages’ tailored to specific client profiles (based on size, trade, department structure, etc.).
Analyze customer data to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates for efficiency and consistency.
Continuously optimize reporting processes to improve turnaround times and enhance the value provided to customers.
Partner with internal technical teams to address data gaps, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with Product Managers & Data Engineers to provide customer feedback on Reporting usability and/or functionality gaps.
