Requirements
- 5–10 years of program or delivery management experience in cybersecurity or complex technology environments
- Proven success leading multi-workstream execution portfolios in time-sensitive, regulated environments
- Deep familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or equivalent and/or Cyber Controls
- Prior experience working on cyber remediation efforts, findings management, or risk-based control delivery
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and business teams
- Strong working knowledge of delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to operate with a high degree of urgency, own outcomes fully, and thrive in ambiguity
- Comfortable representing delivery status to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
Responsibilities
- Serve as the delivery execution partner across a portfolio of cybersecurity workstreams (e.g., Identity, Vulnerability, Cloud, Access)
- Monitor milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies; take proactive ownership of delivery challenges
- Ensure consistent and timely reporting, including progress dashboards, issue logs, and escalation summaries
- Maintain deep visibility into active risk findings, supporting remediation alignment and progress tracking
- Partner with control SMEs to ensure remediation actions map to relevant security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF)
- Work closely with governance and reporting leads to ensure traceability, transparency, and executive-readiness
- Act as a Cyber Delivery liaison for key integration efforts, including M&A work across business and technical streams
- Provide insight into emerging transformation themes (e.g., AI, automation) and their impact on delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting cybersecurity aspects of M&A, due diligence, or integration programs
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk frameworks and GRC processes
- Awareness of trends such as AI, regulatory modernization, and third-party risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, or related technical discipline
