Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with defense policy, analysis, or incident management
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings for professional audiences
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team of defense and intelligence analysts, scientists, and uniformed military members
- Ability to communicate and analyze complex ideas and solutions to client and internal audiences via presentations and written materials
- Ability to lead components of larger tasks
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Assess the DoD’s current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks
- Evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards
- Guide clients through understanding acceptable risk and availability
- Work on the development of a strategic cyber roadmap
- Help clients operate securely as they navigate an evolving threat environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience planning and executing workshops, seminars, or wargames
- Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues, both internally and across partner organizations, to successfully achieve desired outcomes and meet the client’s expectations and project team requirements
- Ability to contribute to business development and new business opportunities by preparing Statements of Work, responding to Requests for Proposals, or participating in proposal verbal presentations
- Master’s degree
