Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in customs operations or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with local and international customs laws
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulations
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and across the organization
- Able to work under direct supervision and follow well-defined precedents and policies
- A commitment to continuous learning and growth in the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with both internal and external business partners to ensure Procter & Gamble is Best In Class for US Import and Export Compliance
- Identifying improvements to business processes and enabling team to drive projects
- Maximizing and managing duty cost savings/avoidance efforts, such as Free Trade Agreements, Tariff reduction, and Duty Drawback programs
- Integrating new business into the operations
- Managing Internal and external audits
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customs operations or a similar role is preferred
