Requirements

- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments
- Basic understanding of HS system

Responsibilities
- Supports data entry.
- Collects supplementary information or documentation from customers, drivers, customs, etc.
- Identifies customer profile discrepancies.
- Answers standard questions and requests from customers, drivers, customs and other offices.
- Works as team member with clients, UPS employees, carriers, inbound agents, etc.
