Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related concerns
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to team goals and support service improvement initiatives
