Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience
  • Public Records related experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Full proficiency and works with limited supervision
  • Can identify key issues and patterns from incomplete data and can spot less obvious solutions to problems
  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints
  • Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
  • Provides product and service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships
  • Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs
  • May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others, but spends most of the working time doing the same work processes and activities as other employees on the team
  • Responsibilities are within the Customer Support/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Business support roles
  • Involved in business support or clerical work and rely on administrative, data organizing and coordination skills, normally using established procedures
