Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship (Required)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT field.
  • Expertise in Microsoft products, encompassing operating systems, the office suite, and Outlook within a networked setting.
  • In-depth understanding of computer software, hardware, and firmware associated with personal computers and both local area and wide area networks.
  • Proficient in the installation, technical support, and troubleshooting of software applications, operating systems, and personal computer hardware.
  • Possess strong soft skills in planning, organization, management, communication, documentation, and adherence to policy compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee employees by maintaining regular communication, inspiring, training, assessing, planning, and guiding their tasks.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to computer systems and associated software.
  • Acquire knowledge and offer technical support and routine maintenance for specialized software applications.
  • Provide assistance for various IT-related hardware devices, including networked printers and smartphones.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Set up, configure, and offer support for Service Desk tickets as assigned.
  • Facilitate or organize Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) support as necessary. Assist with the reservation, setup, and troubleshooting of AV and VC equipment.
