Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests in accordance with company policies
- Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
