Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Assist with troubleshooting customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and file management
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
