Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support other departments by relaying feedback or requests from customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide general administrative assistance to the customer service team as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
- Associate degree preferred
