Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate solutions and recommendations
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues to management
  • Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in accordance with company standards
