Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate solutions and recommendations
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to management
- Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in accordance with company standards
