Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or a similar relevant field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in supply chain with an understanding of supply chain concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating in a matrixed organization, proactively identifying supply gaps, developing an action plan to mitigate those gaps.
  • Identifying the need to escalate and following the escalation path in a timely manner.
  • Deciphering demand and determining the best viable options to meet needs in a supply constrained environment.
  • Creatively solving problems under extreme pressure and with urgent timelines.
  • Completing root cause analyses to develop systemic solutions.
  • Analyzing global supply forecast against local customer.
  • Demand & Supply planning to ensure on-time and complete material-availability at customer site.
  • Following and implementing standard processes but adapting as the business environment changes.
  • Collaborating with the supply chain site lead to adapt to customer and site specific needs.
  • Influencing change to the supply planning for your customer site when the demand analysis doesn’t align with global supply projections.
  • Driving competence and standardization within the Customer Supply Chain roadmap for EXE sustaining.
  • Partnering with the key stakeholders, project leaders, engineering and account teams, and central teams to influence the action and results required.
  • Developing operational plans to support events in the field, i.e. material demand & supply, people and resources, local constraints and infrastructure.
  • Executing plans while closely monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance KPI’s to stakeholders.
  • Identifying, initiating and collaborating to drive improvements.
  • Working closely with our 3PL, dock coordinators, and the In-Fab Logistics team to manage all material-flows to, from and inside the customer factory.
