Requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of Disability Management, FMLA, and Workers Compensation and Payroll.
- Experience in Project management is a skill or requirement essential to be high performing in the role.
- Have education or a combination of relevant experience in leave and disability.
- Have computer skills in data entry and attention to detail.
- Maintain diplomacy, good judgment, professionalism, analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of internal systems, including but not limited to; LeavePro, 360, Jira, NXT, Self -Service Portal. Facilitating reporting across other applications and platforms.
- Supporting Client LeavePro and or 360 system acceptance testing.
- Leading client training for self-service portal, application and or platform training.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify trends in service/claims.
- Attending Client Services and Operations meetings and calls and conducting follow-up to stakeholders.
- Recommending process improvements and ways to streamline and following change management approval process.
- Maintaining all related documents, files and legal requests with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Partnering with Customer Success Executive, Operations, and/or Business Intelligence to deliver analytics reports as needed.
- Serving as a liaison to assist members filing claims and navigating internal resources for high-priority employees.
