Requirements
- 3+ years of CSM or AM SaaS experience, with a strong preference for legal or cybersecurity.
- Ability to understand and speak the language of sophisticated customers operating in legal or cybersecurity.
- Passion for building strong relationships with customers.
- Willingness to be scrappy and assist with customer success and/or sales operations; e.g. setting up and monitoring customer trials, staying on top of on our various customer communication channels (Slack, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
