- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years managing enterprise-level retail media campaigns.
- Deep expertise in DSP platforms like Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and The Trade Desk.
- Experience managing DSP advertising budgets in the multi-million dollar range.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing CSM teams in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced skills in bid/budget management, promotion planning, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong executive presence.
- Analytical mindset with comfort navigating data, Excel, and digital advertising metrics.
- Demonstrated success in client retention, growth, and satisfaction at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers focused on DSP advertising.
- Establish and enforce performance standards, regular coaching, and development plans.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client or campaign issues.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of full-funnel DSP media campaigns for enterprise clients.
- Ensure alignment between DSP campaigns and broader eCommerce growth strategies.
- Help your team build and maintain Joint Success Plans that tie into customer KPIs.
- Cultivate high-trust relationships with VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders at global brands.
- Guide clients in leveraging CommerceIQ’s platform to drive revenue growth through display advertising.
- Support your team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Search teams to ensure strategic alignment between channels.
- Stay ahead of retail media trends and bring innovative DSP strategies to your team and clients.
- Champion analytics and platform value by driving reporting and actionable insights across accounts.
