Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and Customer Service skills
- PC skills
- Working knowledge of auto parts and/or automotive repair
- Bilingual, English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Work various weekend and weekday hours
- Answer telephone and assist store personnel and jobbers with merchandise questions and parts look up
- Read and comprehend various technical books and paperwork
- Use internal and online resources to assist stores and jobbers
- Maintain good team member relations
- Answer inbound calls from the field and internal departments for translation assistance, bilingual English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge in the Automotive Aftermarket parts retail market
- General knowledge in the Heavy Duty, Agriculture, Marine parts field
- Bilingual speaking capabilities a plus
