Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication and Customer Service skills
  • PC skills
  • Working knowledge of auto parts and/or automotive repair
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Work various weekend and weekday hours
  • Answer telephone and assist store personnel and jobbers with merchandise questions and parts look up
  • Read and comprehend various technical books and paperwork
  • Use internal and online resources to assist stores and jobbers
  • Maintain good team member relations
  • Answer inbound calls from the field and internal departments for translation assistance, bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge in the Automotive Aftermarket parts retail market
  • General knowledge in the Heavy Duty, Agriculture, Marine parts field
  • Bilingual speaking capabilities a plus
