Requirements
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Great customer service skills, computer skills, and phone etiquette.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assisting all clients, checking in, greeting at arrival
- Notifying staff of appointment arrivals
- Check client out/collecting co-pay
- Ensuring all clients are offered Office Summary of today’s appointment, education information, PIN numbers
- Post physician and therapy services as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience preferred.
