Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Master Data Maintenance including updating business names, addresses, and contact information
  • New Contract/Account Setup for multiple types including Know-Your-Customer checks, New Business Workflow, Tax Exempt Certificates, and D&B matching
  • Review documents to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Contract maintenance including updating dates, parts, pricing and service frequency. Ensure the billing plan matches the contract. Process cancellations and termination of service
  • Create and modify Preventive Maintenance orders

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years experience related to master data and contracts in a business-to-business environment
  • Google Workspace experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience
