Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, process orders, and assist with returns or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and implement changes when necessary
  • Assist in preparing customer service reports and tracking metrics
  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and company procedures
