Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Ability to articulate clearly and effectively with members/internal teams.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Strong commitment to delivering prompt/accurate replies to customer inquiries.
  • Time Management & Follow-Up – Skillful in managing multiple tasks, ensuring timely follow-up on open issues.
  • Team Player – Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience.
  • Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of systems – SAP, Verint, Cisco Finesse, Salesforce, Workday.
  • Proven successful in managing competing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls and emails from Health Mart Atlas pharmacies.
  • Address Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement queries.
  • Conduct outbound calls to resolve open issues.
  • Return voicemails and participate in call campaigns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to communicate contract updates, industry news, and trends to our members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Success in a work from home environment preferred.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Pharmacy Tech experience preferred.
