Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support

Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist clients with rental applications, property information, and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on customer needs
- Provide support during property showings and open house events
- Process client documentation and maintain confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with real estate or property management is an advantage
