Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on customer needs
  • Provide support during property showings and open house events
  • Process client documentation and maintain confidential information
