Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service setting required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Knowledge of ERP/order management systems preferred.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; Ability to speak with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.
- Willingness to collaborate with different departments within the organization to fulfill customer service excellence, including sales, engineering, accounting, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate order and quote entry into the ERP system.
- Electronic order review and reconciliation.
- Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order.
- Change order entry into the ERP system.
- Retention of appropriate documents and emails related to orders and change orders.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Coordinators and Estimating teams to support incoming order volumes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ERP/order management systems preferred.
