Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide additional support if needed
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
