Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience, which may include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment.
- Ability to multi-task with demonstrated experience in using multiple computing applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients calling for assistance.
- Field 40-60 inbound calls every day, providing subject matter expertise on banking products and services such as deposit accounts, online account management, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.

- Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs.
- Dedication to resolving a variety of complex client inquiries both through technology and by working closely with business partners within Schwab.
