Requirements

  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Knowledge of SQL & Apex programming languages is preferred
  • JavaScript, XML and HTML
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects
  • Customer-focused
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline with an Information Technology focus preferred
  • 2+ years Web Portal Admin experience
  • Experience working in a Customer Service environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects through to completion working directly with IT and internal and external customers
  • Manages and participates in testing for portal updates or customization of objects, fields, record types, new customer development, functionality changes and CX/UI upgrades
  • Works with Leadership, across all applicable internal functional areas, and external customers to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Supports new customer onboarding, including set up, documentation, and training
  • Train new and existing users on how to use customer portal applications
  • Assist IT Developers and Project Managers with all improvement initiatives
  • Develop documentation of existing and future portal functionality
  • Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual testing
  • Keep informed of new features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Log and track identified system problems through to resolution
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and related materials for users as database applications are developed
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
  • Provide daily administration and support for customer portal applications, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles
  • Provide application users with technical support
  • Actively manage Admin case queue to meet KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Advanced Administrator (ADM211) preferred
  • Experience: 2-5 years of Web Portal Administrative experience
