Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of related experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
- Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Responsibilities
- Process standard orders based on customer requests.
- Check on pricing and availability of products.
- Partner with shipping department to ensure timeliness in completion, and proactively reaches out to customers if there are any changes to the shipping schedule.
- Use CRM and other systems tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with warranty and replacing parts damaged upon receipt.
- Build relationship with assigned customers.
- Basic Product Knowledge Training. Minimum passing Grade of 80% or higher.
- Assist Level I associates with direction on who to go to for key information and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
