Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, support engineering, or systems integration.
- Proficiency with Python scripting and working with REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems across domains.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical liaison for customer operations—owning onboarding, escalations, and mission support.
- Build and maintain Python-based tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and monitor system health.
- Interface with APIs to connect our ground systems and customer platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and mission teams to improve internal workflows and customer transparency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus: experience with satellite ground systems, telemetry tooling, or customer SLAs.
