Requirements

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data and behavior to segment the customer base effectively.
- Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.
- Ensure consistent and relevant communication with customers at various touchpoints.
- Plan and manage loyalty programs to reward loyal customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and feedback channels.
