Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with marketing analytics and customer data
- Proficient with tools like Snowflake, SQL, and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Hex, or similar
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to outcomes
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting to track KPIs and customer marketing campaign performance
- Measure the performance of customer marketing programs and campaigns
- Uncover trends and opportunities across the customer lifecycle using data
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for where and how to focus efforts and size the potential impact of new marketing ideas to guide prioritization
- Collaborate with Finance & Analytics teams to build dashboards and attribution frameworks that support cross-functional alignment and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
- Experience with marketing tools like Braze, Pendo, Marketo preferred
