Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or related analytics roles
- Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for extracting insights from user behavior data
- Knowledge of product analytics platforms and CRM systems
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience conducting customer interviews and synthesizing findings
- Understanding of PLG enterprise software purchasing dynamics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business impact through customer understanding
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customer research programs that yield actionable insights about user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Build and maintain customer segmentation models that identify valuable cohorts and their unique characteristics
- Analyze product usage data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing user experience and driving enterprise adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify differentiation opportunities
- Create detailed buyer personas that inform marketing strategies and sales approaches
- Establish voice of customer programs that systematically capture and organize customer feedback
- Partner with Product teams to ensure customer insights inform roadmap decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing on messaging that resonates with target segments
- Support Sales with intelligence about prospect needs and decision-making factors
- Develop dashboards that democratize customer insights across the organization
