Requirements

  • A strong background in data analytics (ideally 5+ years), preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • A master’s degree in a related field such as data science, analytics, or behavioral science.
  • Experience analyzing product adoption, user behavior, or customer engagement.
  • Skills in SQL, Python, R, or similar—plus visualization expertise with tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse technologies like Snowflake.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic insights into customer behavior, helping shape decisions across customer experience, product, and success teams.
  • Build and maintain predictive dashboards that reveal where customers are thriving—and where they need more support.
  • Translate adoption science and behavioral analytics into meaningful guidance that improves customer engagement.
  • Lead experiments that measure the effectiveness of different strategies, enabling data-driven decisions at scale.
  • Play a key role in evolving our understanding of the customer journey, driving stronger alignment across functions.
