Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a program manager, continuous improvement manager, or transformation management role at a logistics or supply chain company
  • Experience managing critical processes in the commercial or onboarding space.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience collaborating with and presenting to executive and C-Suite leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for development and improvement of commercial and operational processes.
  • Implement new processes across commercial and operational teams to achieve revenue growth goals while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Partner across our commercial and operations teams to ensure alignment on business requirements, implementation plans and prioritization of activities and solutions.
  • Develop and lead a robust and detailed customer onboarding process, ensuring all communication and operational tasks are completed timely to minimize start-up costs and maximize customer satisfaction and business net revenue.
  • As a key part of the leadership team, reporting to the VP of operations for these two business units, provide insights and business strategy recommendations.
  • Oversee and manage program timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.

  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in asset based transportation pricing, yield, or network management.
  • Experience in partial truckload and LTL pooling operations or commercial activity.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience collaborating with and presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience implementing commercial go-to-market strategies for expansion businesses.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and tools.
