Requirements
- Possess customer service experience, with or without a call center background.
- Capable of confidently troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with smartphones, tablets, and computers.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of our company – the direct link to our merchants
- Gain proficiency in the technology behind our products to assist millions of merchants daily
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal channels
- Contribute to the scalability by continuously optimizing processes and help to create new content for our support experience
- Collaborate with other departments within the international company, such as sales, marketing, logistics, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate a willingness for a career path in technology, including areas such as A+ certification, Network Administration, PC/Mac Support, Helpdesk, or Gaming is a plus (certifications are not required).
