Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in related field
  • Minimum of 8 years briefing and/or event management experience

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer sales strategy sessions
  • Develop run of show of show, reviews/approves creative briefs developed by Content Producer
  • Partners with the briefing event planner to confirm hospitality logistics for each engagement
  • Facilitates sales engagement events, including welcome, presentations, and monitoring conversations
  • Supports development of promotional strategy
  • Collaborates with the Briefing Director to track and socialize results from client briefings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Superior executive-level presentation skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, and an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, and tenacity
  • Experience balancing multiple high-priority projects
  • Must have experience successfully navigating complex organizations and effectively coordinating work among a broad range of colleagues, consultants, and vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people over whom you have little or no authority
  • Candidate should maintain a professional and polished appearance appropriate for representing our company and program
  • A collaborative approach – must be a great partner to your cross-functional teammates
  • A growth mindset – being curious and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred
