Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent active listening skills
- Strong customer service skills, including engaging personality, creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Operate in different parts of the rental or return process on airport lots
- Address and resolve customer complaints pursuant to Company guidelines
- Use knowledge of Company policies, empathy, and creativity to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist in improving customer service performance by maintaining records of interactions, resolutions, and escalations
- Identify trends and collaborate with leadership to improve processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
