Requirements
- 2 years + experience in events and marketing, ABM experience is a plus!
- Extremely strong project management skills
- An eye for detail
- Ability to juggle multiple events/campaigns/tasks simultaneously
- Passion for organization and systems
- Strong communication skills
- Highly adaptable and handles change well
- Go-getter mentality with strong initiative
- Experience working with one or more of the following tools: Demandbase, Rollworks, Postal.io, Looker, Marketo, Google Suite, Outreach, Salesforce, Coupa, Canva
Responsibilities
- Support with executing event marketing campaigns including planning, project management, tasks/ticket completion, internal communications, and more for the customer sales team
- Work closely with the ABM Manager to understand goals and project timelines associated with customer events
- Liaise with conference organizers to support conference sponsorships and booth builds
- Work closely with the brand/design team on asset fulfillment and management
- Build and execute Marketo & Salesforce campaigns
- Create copy for event email, social, and other promotional copy
- Partner closely with sales and business development teams on enablement of messaging for marketing campaign promotion and follow-up
- Assist team leader with budget management and tracking of goal attainment
- Participate in team calls, as needed
