Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience required
- A passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a polished professional presence
- Proven success in guest-facing roles within fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Ability to make sound decisions regarding credit, incentives, and customer service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Engage new, existing, and inactive customers to grow loyalty and drive repeat visits.
- Evaluate customer play and authorize comps, credit lines, and special incentives including hotel stays, dining, event tickets, promotional chips, free play, and more.
- Collaborate with Casino Marketing and on-property teams to create personalized experiences for qualified guests.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, speed, and care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data in line with company standards.
- Represent MGM Resorts at exclusive events to promote the property and build relationships.
- Travel occasionally to meet customers and represent the brand both domestically and internationally.
