Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and dealership
- Follow up with customers within 48 hours to ensure communication and a pathway to resolution
- Trend and track customer concerns in our Salesforce program
- Develop continuous improvement plans for the dealerships by documenting observations and tracking concerns
