Requirements
- College education is preferred but not required
- Produce experience is preferred
- Must display basic arithmetic skills
- Have 2 years Data Entry Experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Administrative experience is required
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must possess excellent customer relations skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to deal with constant change
- Accuracy with figures and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Able to learn new software packages – Prophet & Produce Pro
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer, every call
- Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner and address customer complaints, inquiries and concerns
- Identify customer needs, upselling and refer any issues to management
- Keying orders into the system, printing and editing orders
- Enter data into computer system accurately and efficiently
- Filing the day’s paperwork numerically
- Managing inventory and filing systems
- Assist sales staff with their daily workload & cover for sales staff when they are out of the office or on sales calls
- Run and update inventory and pricing reports
- Interface with warehouse, operations, and sales personnel
- Interface with product purchasing staff as needed to make sure we have availability
- Assist other departments to ensure the smooth workflow throughout the company
- Performs other duties as assigned
