Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of intervention approaches to reduce radicalization.
  • Knowledge of adult education theory and experience with training/curriculum design.
  • Program Management; Administrative Management.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse team on a variety of research projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing evidence-based training programs focused on extremism, radicalization, and prevention strategies.
  • Create and adapt educational materials tailored for various audiences, including K-12 educators, higher education institutions, community organizations, and public sector partners.
  • Ensure that all training materials align with the latest research, best practices, and PERIL’s mission.
  • Oversee ongoing updates and improvements to existing curricula based on evaluation data and emerging research.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to verify the accuracy and relevance of all content.
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs across various formats, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid sessions.
  • Supervise and mentor training consultants, graduate assistants, and facilitators to ensure effective program execution.
  • Develop and uphold quality standards and assess protocols for training programs.
  • Design innovative engagement strategies to effectively reach and educate audiences.
  • Manage program schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient training delivery.
  • Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness.
  • Analyze impact metrics to measure the success and outcomes of training programs.
  • Integrate the latest research findings into training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Contribute to PERIL’s research publications and presentations by sharing insights and findings.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of program outcomes and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Work with partner organizations to tailor training solutions to their specific needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in education, government, and community sectors.
  • Represent PERIL at conferences, workshops, and professional meetings to share expertise and expand outreach.
  • Assist in writing grant proposals and fulfilling reporting requirements to secure and sustain funding.
  • Identify and support the development of new partnership opportunities to expand PERIL’s impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
