Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct projects
- Deliver results and interpret technical reports
- Complete consumer research including data analysis and results interpretation
- Lead and manage descriptive panels, recruiting, training, screening, and managing panelist’s performance
- Interact with peers, junior developers/marketing, and other colleagues
- Work on teams when new methodologies and capabilities are being evaluated, proposed, and implemented
- Ensure the efficiency and safety of the sensory laboratory, including maintenance of the quality system
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in food science, Food/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or science-related field. Master preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with proven track record on ingredient technology application and/or product development in the Food Industry.
