Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel with strong mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with MS Access is desirable, including the ability to design complex queries and reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing work conditions in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
- Compliance with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A testing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and compile Company/Business Unit performance, identifying key drivers of profit and loss.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis for geographic business units on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Develop and maintain annual financial plans, quarterly updates, and monthly profit estimates.
- Effectively present findings, analysis, and market insights to Company Business Leaders in a clear and impactful manner.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide regular reports and data to inform business decisions.
- Manage ad hoc projects and requests.
- Design and maintain queries and reports in Microsoft Access to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Assist in the accurate and timely publication of pricing for postings and other pricing mechanisms, occasionally requiring holiday work, either remotely or on-site.
- Perform SOX controls and assist with audits related to pricing accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
