Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Senior to advanced level experience in a related role preferred
  • Subject matter expert in one or more areas of function
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
  • Effective project management and negotiation skills
  • Consistently demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise for internal queries relating to appropriate projects
  • Lead, supervise, coach and develop more junior team members on Cross Functional Project team
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of Operations training plans and materials, present training to small and large groups as required
  • Identify, prioritize and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions and issues
  • Review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale and mitigate risk
  • Drive business solutions aligned to the global strategy and generate business requirements, ensuring they are properly documented, strategic and well understood by all stakeholders
  • Work with sponsors to ensure that there are trackable, tangible benefits with associated
  • Work collaboratively with technology, ensuring delivery plan owners remain accountable with clear delivery plans aligned to Operations strategic requirements
  • Coordinate and manage testing work streams as well as User Acceptance Testing ensuring to collaborate with internal and external teams where needed
  • Responsible for launch readiness, rollout plans, and post-implementation management
  • Develop and deliver presentations to Markets Operations and business management covering project/program status and plans
  • Serve as a strategic partner with other businesses as well as an analytical and/or procedural expert in the settlement cycle while supporting a wide range of internal and external clients
  • Assist with short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources, and exercises control over resources, budget, policy formulation and planning
  • Closely follow trends in the industry, identify cost savings opportunities and build effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Increase productivity and efficiencies by presenting data and analyzing validates to develop added solutions and oversee the integrity of process, operations and end results
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
