Requirements
- Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the eCommerce or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign performance and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies to optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints.
- Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance the customer journey.
- Plan and manage contact strategies to support cross-lifecycle audience engagement, lead nurturing, show rate, conversion, and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
- Manage the campaign calendar to ensure timely deployment of email campaigns.
- Develop and optimize email flows and automation, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate email efforts with other digital marketing channels.
