Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven experience in product management, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
Responsibilities
- D2P Core E2E Business Process Functionality
- D2P Tape Out Process Knowledge
- D2P Swift / OneTRF Process Knowledge
- D2P MPW, Atlas Configurator, & Proprietary Processes
- D2P Integrations and/or 3rd party applications
- Create Visualizations, Capture Requirements, Propose Designs/Solutions to better understand and communicate insights.
- DEVops experience with Epics, Features, & User Stories a plus
- Experience with Agile Framework, Sprints, & Value Planning a plus
- Perform functional testing within CRM modules, Project Operations, and Portals (Customer/Supplier).
- Own Functional Design Document (FDD)
- Perform showcases and/or demos of the expected product ahead of UAT cycles
- Guide UAT cycles with adherence to core KPIs and business metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
