Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred
- Compassionate and eager to learn
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills
- Strong desire to advocate for children
Responsibilities
- Assist with children after hours
- Transport a child to their new foster home
- Help a child in moderate crisis
- Be with a child in a hospital or at various offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the child welfare field preferred
