Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a related role in finance/banking field
- Ability to partner with internal colleagues, including underwriting, legal and operations, to troubleshoot loan related issues
- Able to collaborate with market leadership, advisors and client associates to consistently deliver lending solutions to wealth management clients
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships and partner with Financial Advisors to identify credit opportunities and grow lending business
- Provide product education and support throughout market coverage area
- Leverage available analytics, insights and opportunity lists to proactively engage Financial Advisors
- Navigate and utilize internal systems to support end-to-end execution of securities based loans
- Use collateral evaluations to determine viability of loan requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Economics/equivalent experience
- Experience in marketing and selling wealth management credit solutions through Financial Advisors
- Knowledge in financial statement analysis, structuring and negotiating loans, including securities based loans
- Familiarity with how to resolve margin calls
