Requirements
- 5+ years experience within an agency or marketing department handling creative workflow and teams.
- A working knowledge of multi-channel marketing tactics, with an emphasis on digital. (Site, Email, Social, Paid Media, Direct Mail, and Mobile/SMS).
- Proficiency with project management software tools with a passion for optimizing processes and maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment.
- Experience with file and asset management in a shared server/location, enterprise-level project management software environment.
- Must be organized, forward-looking, meticulous, and proactive.
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, maintain, and grow relationships with marketing collaborators and creative partners. Practicing clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Partner with brand, marketing, and channel leads as they develop their roadmaps and handle the creative pipeline for your account.
- Intake all creative briefs, ensuring creative requirements, specs, and standard processes are collected and followed throughout the creative development process.
- Convert briefs into projects via our workflow system, Workfront. Assign resources and develop detailed timelines and work plans to get creative reviewed, approved, and delivered.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Studio on the work, serving as the voice of the customer and business throughout the process.
- Proactively and efficiently communicate to ensure all parties are in sync regarding the prioritization of work and clear on upcoming deadlines and achievements.
- Present to collaborators and evoke trust and credibility through critical thinking and communication style. Capture, communicate, and action feedback to creative teams.
- Facilitate internal and external status meetings; forecast, track, and report out on project health. Advise on risks, issues, and tradeoffs to achieve launch.
- Coordinate the trafficking of assets from Creative Production build-out and QC through delivery to Channel leads.
- Be an ambassador for Creative Services in presentations and strategy discussions, instill a passion for teamwork, partnership, and inspiration.
- Roll up your sleeves to pitch in wherever needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- eCommerce and/or Retail account management experience preferred.
- Experience in Workfront, Smartsheet and/or Figma is a bonus.
